摘要

多發性痣樣基底細胞癌徵候群之病例，於西方文獻中至今刊戴約400例左右，國內甚少報告。我們將報一病例，其特徵包括：表皮包涵囊腫，上下顎共有六個大小不同的齒源性角化囊腫、基底細胞癌、大腦鐮鈣化、蝶鞍橋、第四掌骨短小、手掌小窩、裂唇、裂顎、分岐懸壅垂及齒列不整。

There are about 400 cases of nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome reported in the western literature but few cases have been reported in Taiwan. We have the opportunity to report a case presented with the following features: epithelial-inclusion cyst, odontogenic keratocysts, basal cell carcinoma, falx calcification, bridging of the sella, shortened 4th metacarpal, palmar pits, cleft lip, cleft palate, uvula bifida, and malocclusion of the teeth.
