Magnetic Resonance Imaging of Normal Aortomesenteric Angle: Related Data
以磁振影像測量正常的主動脈上腸系膜動脈夾角及有關數據
摘要
回顧性以磁振造影矢狀切面測量100例正常上腸系膜動脈主動脈夾角結果發現正常範圍為18-130度。大部份的上腸系膜動脈從第一腰椎上沿位置出發，百分之二十一從第一腰椎下沿發出，百分之十七是從第一腰椎中間發出，百分之十六是從T12-LI椎間盤發出。上腸系膜動脈的形態可大致分為三型：圓弧型，角度型，及上仰型。對於上腸系膜動脈症候群的診斷，磁振造影可提供有利的幫助並可免除一些不必要的手術。

Retrospectively measurement in 100 cases of the aortomesenteric (SMA) angles by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) sagittal plane, found that the normal range was 18-130 degrees (mean: 49.9±23); 33 cases of superior mesenteric artery (SMA) arose from upper L1, 21 cases from lower L1, 17 cases from middle L1 and 16 cases from the intervertebral disk space of T12-L1. Three types of SMA pattern were observed: namely, smooth curve, angular curve and upward curve. For diagnosis of SMA syndrome, MRI provides valuable information and thus is able to reduce need for surgery.
