摘要

Hemifacial Microsomia由Gorlin和Pindborg在1964年提出，它主要是因第一第二鰓弓發育異常引致，臨床表微包括耳翼微小畸形甚或缺失，外耳道先天性閉鎖，中耳構造畸形，及上、下頷骨發育不全。通常單側發生、造成患者兩側顏面不對稱，有時也會影響顱底骨結構，故又被稱為craniofacial microsomia。
Hemifacial microsomia發生的原因及機轉目前仍不清楚，由於它並不常見，我們特整理此病例，標示其影像學的特徵，同時回溯文獻，提出報告。

Hemifacial microsomia is considered one of a spectrum of syndromes including oculo-auriculo-vertebral dysplasia and Goldenhar syndrome. It is not commonly encountered in our daily practice and is usually not discussed in detail in the textbook. We report a case with such polytomographic and computed tomographic pictures, and review the literature to give a whole view of hemifacial microsomia.
