後腹腔神經鞘瘤之磁振造影

摘要

後腹腔神經鞘瘤乃一良性神經瘤，臨床症狀及電腦斷層影像表現不具特異性。在磁振造影下T1影像呈現均勻低訊號強度，而在T2影像呈現均勻高訊號強度，本文報告一例後腹腔神經鞘瘤之磁振造影表徵，合併腫瘤位置或許有助於術前的確定診斷。

Retroperitoneal neurilemmoma is a benign neurogenic tumor having hypointensity on T1-weighted images and hyperintensity on T2-weighted images. We report a case in which MR findings and location of the tumor make preoperative diagnosis possible.
