摘要

臺北榮民總醫院報告一例塑膠異物留滯眼眶及海綿竇內病例。異物係經上眼裂穿入海綿狀竇中，我們報告病例影像學所見，並回顧文獻，將眼眶內異物的影像學工具應用選擇及其優、缺點加以比較、整理。

Foreign body retention in the orbit is not unusual, but penetration of foreign body through the orbit into the cavernous sinus is rare. We report a case of penetration injury with retention of the transparent plastic part of a bailpen in the orbit and the cavernous sinus. Radiological findings, including computed tomography (CT) and angiography, are presented.
