摘要

利用微軟公司的文書處理軟體Word的『自動圖文集功能』，放射線醫師可以把平時製作報告的每一句，或每一段描述，分別給予一個簡略代語（如cn、ichp、ichvr），並存入自動圖文集內。使用時，輸入這些代語，按F3鍵，可以顯示原存入的句子或整段描述，再稍加修飾即可完成一份報告。例如把一份正常胸部X-光的報告以”cn”當代語，當看到一張正常的胸部X-光片時，只要輸入”cn”，按F3鍵，就完成報告。又如看到CT顯示蜘蛛網膜下腔出血，只要輸入”sah”，按F3鍵，一份詳細描述蜘蛛網膜下腔出血的報告，包括進一步做血管攝影的建議就完成了。利用Word自動圖文集功能，不必設計程式，容易學習，可設定自己喜愛的描述詞句，且可隨時線上更改詞句，稍加訓練，不懂電腦的人也可以很快上手。不須經過打字小姐，其製作報告的速度絕對快於口述錄音。另外，我們建議使用筆記型電腦，不佔空間，而且可以機動的在醫師室、CT室、急診室等隨時隨地打報告。

Using the ”glossary” function of Mircosoft Word, the radiologist can set abbreviations for a sentence or a paragraph to make a report of radiology. For example, key in a paragraph to describe a normal chest film, select the whole paragraph, give an abbreviation such as ”cn”; next time a normal chest X-ray is encountered, just key in ”cn” and press the F3 function key, paragraph which describes a normal chest film then presents on the computer screen, it can be printed immediately, or can transfer the report into the hospital information system immediately. The glossary function in Microsoft Word is very convenient; it is very easy to learn, users do not need to write macros, they can set a sentence or a paragraph in a personal style, and can make changes on line. Familiar with this glossary function, can permit radiologic reporting much faster than by dictation.
