摘要

膀胱為泌尿系統子宮內膜異位症之好發部位。我們報告一位三十七歲女性因陣發性血尿而接受靜脈注射尿路攝影，下腹部超音波及電腦斷層攝影檢查。膀胱鏡生檢証實為子宮內膜異位症，隨後接受局部膀胱切除。本文回顧文獻並討論此症之臨床暨影像學表現。

When endometriosis involves the urinary tract, the bladder is most commonly affected. We report a case of endometriosis involving the urinary bladder, presented with imaging findings of the diagnostic modalities of intravenous urography, ultrasonography, and computed tomography.
