大面積溫室物流系統設計與勞力規劃決策支援

摘要


大型溫室之物流系統設計及勞力規劃等問題皆需要整合許多的資訊。傳統上多半仰賴經驗於錯誤中學習,今日則可借助電腦模擬來嘗試錯誤,不僅省工、省時、省錢,更能省掉日後因規劃不當所造成的麻煩。本文中所指之物流系統包括內部配置與物料搬運,本研究探討溫室內部配置設計之共通性,定義了一個「配置設計碼」;並將溫室內部所可能涉及之種種搬運工作予以歸納,分離出四種「基本工作項」;最後以一微電腦軟體整合此些新創的觀念。任一單一工作區的長方形溫室之內部廠房配置情形皆可以用「配置設計碼」來定義,溫室內部之任何勞力相關的工作任務皆可以用一個或多個「基本工作項」來組合從而計算該工作任務所需花費的時間。本文介紹此些新觀念之發展過程、重要的相關參數與參數間之關係。微電腦軟體同時提供動畫功能允許使用者在螢幕上看到自己指定的工作任務在自己規劃的溫室內執行的情形。此功能不僅提供吾人視覺上的認知,更可幫助吾人進一步瞭解自己所規劃的系統包括內部配置、物流與工作任務等是否可行。

In view of the importance of useful information in materilas flow design and labor planning, a generalized layout building block concept and a 'layout design code' were developed and types of the internal transport task in greenhouse daily operation were categorized and four 'basic tasks' were defined. All these concepts were built into a microcomputer software. The software is capable of graphically describing the user defined layout, and testing the internal transport behaviors. The materials flow design mentioned including both layout design and materials handling design. Any one-shed rectangular green-house layout can be described by elemental layout and codes, any labor related task can be calculated based on a basic task or its combinations. This paper presents an overview of the development of a useful tool which can help to reveal the underlying fundamental ideas of the governing parameters of layout and material handling system and its' interrelationships. An option for animated simulation of a group of labor tasks within the user assigned layout is available which is helpful in visualization and understanding of the real world transport behaviors.
