蔬菜育苗作業自動化-穴盤育苗真空播種系統

Automation of Vegetable Seedling Production-Vacuum Seeding System for Plug Seedlings

摘要


本研究已開發成功「穴盤育苗眞空播種系統」,此系統包含(1)育苗介質供應設備,(2)自動排箱機,(3)振盪式真空播種機以及(4)自動積箱機四部份,每小時可播240箱,作業效率為人工之16倍。至於播種性能,花椰菜之缺播率為0.4%;西瓜之缺播率為3.1%。此播種系統已連線運轉,且於81年7月在台北世貿中心自動化展覽中展出;並已設立自動化蔬菜育苗中心示範點四處,預估每年可生產穴盤苗至少二千萬株。又育苗中心作業之電腦管理程式已撰寫完成。

In this study, the development of vacuum seeding system for plug seedling production is the most important achievement. This seeding system includes medium supply equipment, automatic tray stacker and destacker, and vacuum seeder with vibrating seed feeder. The miss seeding rate is 0.4% for cauliflower, and 3.1% for watermelon at the capacity of 240 plug trays per hour. The seeding speed per labor-hour is 16 times faster than human labor. This seeding system was also an exhibition item in Automation Show at Taipei World Trade Center in July 1992. Four demonstration centers for automatic vegetable seedling production, where the integrated vacuum seeding systems are being operated, were established. Twenty million plug seedlings are expected to be produced per year. The computer program written for the management of seedling production centers was completed.
