以超音波感測器偵測圓筒倉內水稻之儲存量

Detecting the Rice Quantity in a Cylindrical Bin by an Ultrasonic Sensor

摘要


本研究採用超音波感測器偵測在試驗用圓筒倉內稻穀深度,結果做為管倉員現場估算稻穀存量之參考。試驗時以超音波感測器之方向約略與偵測料面垂直及超音波感測器之方向垂直於筒底方式,結果顯示進料量與超音波感測器測出值成良好的線性相關。並將超音波感測器測出值,以估算體積乘上密度之方式來推算稻穀重量。 結果顯示對於進料量的估算,如果準確度的要求是在±7%,不論是選擇上述任一種測量方式或是估算的方法都會合乎其要求;而出料量之估算因稻穀流動的方式差異較大,有待進一步研究改良。

In this study, an ultrasonic sensor was applied for sensing the rice depth in an experimental cylindrical bin. The experimental result is used as a reference to estimate the amount of stored rice for operator’s on-site inspection. During the experiment, the ultrasonic sensor was arranged for vertical to bin bottom and to the slope of a cone. During loading the rice, the input rice weight keeps a good linear relationship with the grain depth detected by the ultrasonin sensor With the detected grain depth to estimate the stored rice volume, the weight of stored rice can be predicted by multiplying rice bulk density.
