蓮霧之黏彈特性(一)負荷鬆弛性質之研究

Viscoelastic Properties for Wax Apple(Ⅰ)-The Study of Force Relaxation Property

摘要


蓮霧在運銷過程中,因碰撞、振動、壓擠或摩擦等引起之效應,導致到達市場時品質劇降,爲減少損失,可從包裝方面改善,但缺乏該產品之物性資料,本研究乃利用物質物性分析儀(Texture Analyser),對其果實實施變形率的分析試驗,探討其應力鬆弛試驗特性。試驗結果確知蓮霧果實具有黏彈性之物理特性,其鬆弛時間隨變形率與初應力值的增加而減少,經果實應力鬆弛特性模式模擬,一般化的Maxwell模式優於三元件模式,三個並聯的Maxwell模式可預估該產品果實的應力鬆弛特性,本文已建立一理論模式以預估蓮霧果實應力鬆弛特性。

Because the quality decrease of Wax apples was primarily due to collision, vibration, compression and/or fraction influences during transportation, the fruit packing technology should be improved to reduce the damage. This study investigated the force relaxation properties of Wax apple using a texture analyser. The experimental results showed that the Wax apples behaved as a viscoelastic material. The relaxation time decreased as the strain rate and initial stress increased. The generalized Maxwell model with three parallel units was better in representing the force relaxation characteristics of Wax apples than the three-element model. Finally, we established an theoretical model to estimate the stress relaxation property of Wax apples.
