盤古拉牧草氣力性質之研究

The Study of Aerodynamic Properties for Pangola Grass

摘要


農業產品在氣力傳輸時,氣力性質扮演著一個非常重要的角色,爲進行氣力性質的試驗,規劃一垂直式風洞試驗裝置,以量測得到計算終端速度及實驗終端速度。本研究之目的乃是以盤古拉牧草爲研究對象,改變不同長度的牧草莖,首先以自由落體法,利用紅外線感測器量測出時間,藉由時間與距離之關係,代入公式得到計算終端速度;其次以浮力法,量測出不同長度的牧草莖之實驗終端速度。兩種方法所得的結果加以比較分析,以作爲牧草青割收穫機氣力輔助輸送之設計依據。實驗結果以直線迴歸分析,得到盤古拉草莖投影面積A對計算終端速度V(下标 t)與實驗終端速度V(下标 s)成反比關係,迴歸方程式分別爲:(方程式略)

The aerodynamic property of agricultural products plays an important role during pneumatic transportation. A vertical wind tunnel equipment was installed to measure the calculative terminal velocities and exeperimental terminal velocities of pangola grass. The pangola grass with different length was throwed by the free body falling method and the passing time was measured using two infrared ray sensors. The calculative terminal velocity V(subscript t) was calculated through the time and distance. The exeperimental terminal velocity V(subscript s) of grass with different length was measured by the floating method. The experimental results of two methods were compared to be a design basis during pneumatic transportation when the forage havesting. The experimental data were analyzed by the linear regression method and the experience formula are (The equation is abbreviated) where A is projection area of pangola stem, V(subscript t) is the calculative terminal velocity and V(subscript s) is the exeperimental terminal velocity.
