摘要

本研究是根據陳(1995)發表之間歇性薄層乾燥試驗之數據作進一步探討。每一處理的乾燥曲線，其水分比與乾燥時間均具指數相關。爲使均化時間也成爲薄層乾燥公式之變數，本文推出簡易的經驗公式：Cycle=a+b／MR。其中a與b與乾燥溫度呈線性關係，該直線之截距與斜率則隨均化時間而變。此簡易經驗公式具高度的準確性。

This research was based on data from research on intermittent drying of paddy rice published by Chen (1995). The drying curve of every treatment showed that the moisture ratio (MR) is exponentially related to drying time. In order for tempering time to be treated as a variable in the thin-layer drying equation, this paper introduced a simplified equation: Cycle=a+b/MR where a and b are linearly related to drying temperature, while the intercept and the slope of the linear equation are related to tempering time. The predicted value from this equation fitted the experimental data well.
