有限元素法及模態測試分析法之結合-應用在農用椅座系統

摘要


本研究旨在藉電腦輔助工程(CAE)之設計流程製造出符合人體舒適度需求之椅座系統以改良原農用搬運車椅座之系統。文中根據模態測試與有限元素分析結果以求得原椅座之振動特性並由此分析其可能對操作者產生的影響。進而配合交叉式連桿機構設計出一套搬運車椅座,經由有限元素軟體分析其可行性再實際加以製造,最後對製造出之椅座進行模態測試以驗證分析結果之正確性。

The purpose of this study is to improve and implement the seat suspension system of agricultural vehicle, which is conforming to human body. To develop such a system, the CAE design process is used. In this article, the vibration characteristic of the original seat is obtained by using experimental modal analysis (EMA)and the finite element analysis (FEA), which shows whether it can influence the operator. The mathematical model for the agricultural vehicle seat with cross-linkage mechanism is derived and then the spring constant of the system designed can be calculated. Based on the various material properties, the finite element model can be built. To avoid the natural frequencies of humanbody,the variables of the finite element model should be tunned. Based on the modified finite element model, the seat can be implemented. Finally, themodal test is used to verify the analytical results for the seat designed.
