海島型聚酯超細纖維織物表面接枝對酸性染料之染色性研究

A Study on Surface Grafting and Acid Dyes Dyeing of Fabric of Sea-island Ultrafine Polyester Fiber

摘要


本文針對纖維細度爲0.25dpf之海島型聚酯纖維織物進行胺基的表面接枝,再以不同型態之酸性染料進行100℃染色。實驗中對表面接枝後之聚酯纖維織物之接枝量及斷裂強度,做最適化的探討,並測得用酸性染料染色後之顏色明度值及水洗堅牢度,最高可達4~5級。

The article was focused on the research of surface grafting of amination to the fabric of sea-island ultrafine polyester fiber of 0.25 dpf, dyeing with different types of acid dye at 100℃. In the experiment, after the surface of polyester fiber was grafted and dyed with acid dyes that do the best discussion of the number of grafting and breaking strength, measuring the lightness value of color and washing fastness at 4~5 grade.
