回收聚酯重聚合最佳化條件研究

The Optimum Settings of Repolymerzation Technology for Recycling Polyester Fiber

摘要


本文主要探討聚酯回收瓶片在重聚合反應中,改變重要聚合因素(聚合溫度、反應觸媒添加量、乙二醇總添加量)及瓶片來源,對回收聚酯聚合物物性變化的影響。據實驗得知,瓶片來源是影響聚合物物性最主要因素,而聚合溫度280℃、反應觸媒添加量100~200ppm、解聚合乙二醇添加量2.1~2.3莫耳百分比則爲實驗所得到的最佳控制條件。

In this study, we observed the important factors such as polymerization temperature, the amount of catalysts, overall amount of ethylene glycol and the source of platelet recycling polyester in repolymerization reaction by platelet recycling polyester. The result showed that the primary factor is the source of the PET bottles, and the optimized operating condition could be obtained by polymerization temperature controlled at 280℃, adding the amount of catalyst 100~200 ppm and ethylene glycol with 2.1~2.3% mole ratio in the repolymerization.
