十字斷面纖維異形度紡絲條件之變異數分析

摘要


人造纖維的斷面異形化,可做爲人造纖維仿天然纖維的一種手段,除了增加纖維的手感外,同時可提高人造纖維的吸濕性,增加穿著上的舒適感。而異形斷面纖維的異形度大小會深深影響纖維的性質,由於紡絲熔體屬於非牛頓流體,在纖維紡製過程中,紡絲條件會影響紡絲熔體的膨潤效應,而導致纖維異形度的下降,本研究主要以實驗設計與變異數分析的方式,探討紡絲條件對於十字形斷面纖維異形度的影響。

The profile section of the man-made fiber can make a kind of process that the fiber imitates the natural fiber. Except increase the feeling of the fiber, at the same time, can improve the moisture absorption of the man-made fiber, increase the comfort worn. It will influence the property of the fiber that degree of profile which is big or small on profile section fiber. Because the spinning melting is a non-Newton fluid, the spinning condition will influence the swelling effect of spinning melting. While the fiber is spun the swelling effect will decrease the degree of profile. This research is to find the important factor of spinning condition which will influence the degree of profile on cross section fiber with experimental design and ANOVA.
