難融滴阻燃交聯纖維材料於結晶度與熱裂解活化能之影響

The Effects of Flame Retardant on Crystallization and Thermal Degradation of Cross-linked Fibers Material

摘要


本研究主要探討纖維材料(耐隆)經交聯反應後與無鹵阻燃劑對耐隆材料之結晶度與熱裂解活化能之影響。本研究採用雙螺桿熔融混練方式製備難融滴阻燃交聯耐隆粒,以XRD、DSC及TGA進行相關性質分析。結果顯示交聯耐隆具有低的結晶度,且有助於提升耐隆材料的熱裂解活化能並達到阻燃效果。

This paper was focused on the crystallization and thermal degradation behavior of flame retarded fibrous material by crosslink nylon 6. The flame retarded crosslink nylon 6 masterbatches were prepared by adding halogen free flame retardant and crosslink agent in the melt twin screw extruder system. The evaluation of X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) for flame retarded crosslink nylon 6 were also studied. The results exhibited that the crystalline regions of crosslink nylon 6 were reduced with increasing the crosslink agent and the high thermal degradation activation energy was also obtained.
