酯化纖維素紡織品染色性研究

A Study of Dyeing Ability of Esterified Cellulose Fabric

摘要


本研究在探討酯化纖維素纖維在經熔融紡絲後其織物染色特性,找尋較佳之染色配方及條件,其結果顯示酯化纖維素在經熔融紡絲後,可進一步織造成紡織品,且確認均無斷絲情形,顯示目前所紡纖維強、伸度可達一般業界應用之水平;由染色結果顯示織物在85℃染色時可維持原有光澤,但隨著溫度升高光澤性變差,表觀色力度(K/S(上標 *))隨著染色溫度的提高變大,而染色溫度對水洗牢度較不造成影響,在不同染色溫度下,水洗牢度均可維持在3級以上。

In this study we investigate dyeing ability of esterified cellulose fiber after melt spun, in order to find better conditions of dyeing formula. The result shows the strength and elongation of cellulose fiber are good enough to weave cellulose fabric for general industry application. At different dyeing temperature, up to 85℃, the gloss of cellulose fabric can be maintained as the original one. However, raising of the dyeing temperature over 85℃ will result in the decrease of fabric's gloss. Apparent color strength of fabric increases while raise of dyeing temperature, but the washing fastness are slightly effect. The washing fastness can be maintained at level 3 or above after dyeing in different temperature.
