具自動控溫保溫服之設計與保溫性能評估

摘要


本研究的目的是探討具自動控溫裝置保溫服,其電熱片的最佳安裝位置,據此設計具自動控溫裝置之保溫服,並評估此保溫服在不同環境溫度下之保溫性能,以提供未來自動控溫保溫服設計之參考。選擇將電熱片安置在電熱背心之後面、前面及兩側,分析不同電熱片安裝位置下之溫度分佈均勻性;設計具有0%、25%、50%、100%等4種加熱效率狀態之自動控溫裝置,並選用尺寸大小為39cm×30cm且功率為72W之電熱墊。結果顯示電熱片的最佳安裝位置是位於電熱背心之後面,其溫度分佈變異係數為4.04%,是三種安裝位置中最低的。啟動控溫裝置保溫服,在50%效率加熱條件下,其保溫性能可滿足-10℃環境下之需求,而羽絨保溫服及控溫裝置保溫服在0%效率加熱條件下,其保溫性能仍可滿足-5℃環境下之需求。

The purpose of this paper are to investigate the optimum equipped location of heating pad, to design a warmth-keeping clothing with a temperature auto-regulated equipment and its performance evalution in different environmental temperature for the reference in futher design. Heating pads were equipped in back, face and side of the vest for the evenness analysis of temperature distribution in different equipped locations. An auto-regulated equipment with 4 kinds of heating efficiency was designed and a 72 watt heating pad with dimension of 39 cm x 30 cm was applied. The results shown that the optimum equipped location of heating pads is in back of the vest. Its coefficient of variation of temperature distribution is 4.04%, and is the lowest in 3 locations. The warmth-keeping clothing with auto-regulated equipment can meet the requirement of -10℃ in condition of 50% heating efficiency. The warmth-keeping clothing in condition of 0% heating efficiency and down jacket selling in marketing can meet the requirement of -5℃.
