目的是利用牽張縮短循環概念,針對日常運動常使用的股四頭肌和腓腸肌,設計具有外肌肉線條功能的機能壓力服飾,希望能輔助運動表現。故本研究目的為探討此款機能壓力長褲對於運動表現的功效。方法:招募12名健康男性,所有受試者皆隨機穿著三款長褲,包含機能壓力褲、市售CW-X以及寬鬆長褲,依序進行膝關節等速肌力、爆發力、肌肉震動和關節穩定測試。統計使用重覆量數單因子變異數分析(The repeated-measures one-way ANOVA)了解三款不同長褲的差異,所有統計水準訂為α=0.05°結果是機能壓力褲在膝關節屈曲─伸展的慢速等速肌力表現和蹲踞跳的跳躍高度顯著優於市售CW-X褲和寬鬆褲,但在快速等速肌力表現三款服飾都無顯著差異;此外在肌肉震動中,只有部分動作型態和肌肉部位有達顯著差異;而膝關節位移量三款長褲並無顯著差異。結論:利用牽張縮短循環概念,設計出外肌肉系統輔助肌肉收縮的機能壓力長褲,可以增加慢速肌力表現,未來更可以依照不同的動作特性,開發不同功能的機能服飾。
Purpose, A functional performance pant was designed according to the kinesiology and hoped to increase the muscle strength and lower extremity power. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of the functional pant on performance. Method: Twelve healthy male participants were recruited in this study. They had to wear three different pants including performance pants, CW-X pant and loose pant in counter balance order and performed the isokinetic strength of knee extension-flexion, vertical jump, muscle vibration and knee stability test. The repeated measures one-way ANOVA was used to determine the difference among three pants. Significant level was set at α = 0.05. Results, The results showed that the performance pant could increase lower speed isokinetic strength of knee extension-flexion and also have higher squat jump height than wearing the loose pant. However, the higher speed isokinetic strength and the knee stability were not significantly different in the three pants. The muscle vibration was significantly different only in certain muscle and movement. Conclusion: The designed performance pant could increase the isokinetic strength of knee extension-flexion and also have higher squat jump height than wearing the loose pant. It could be used as reference for new product development in the future.
