時尚設計系所學生實習滿意度、激勵制度與留任意願之研究

The Relationship among Off-campus Internship Satisfaction, Incentive System, and Intent-to-Stay of Fashion Design Students in Taiwan

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺灣科技校院時尚設計系所學生實習滿意度、激勵制度與留任意願之關係,以產官學研聯合培育方案為例,該計畫自2013年開始實施,培育鞋靴設計與袋包設計之專業技術人才。本研究則以有參與產官學研聯合培育方案之學生為研究對象,應用修編之「實習滿意度、激勵制度、留任意願之量表」施測,並以SPSS統計軟體進行信度、效度分析,及PLS統計軟體進行路徑分析。研究結果發現:(1)實習滿意度、激勵制度與留任意願彼此間具有正相關;(2)學生對於實習滿意度與激勵制度偏向滿意;(3)學生雖滿意實習廠商但仍因其他個人因素導致高離職率;(4)高比例的學生離職後從事其他產業工作,最後依據研究結果提出相關建議。

The aim of this study was to investigate the correlation among off-campus internship satisfaction, incentive system, and intent-to-stay among fashion design students in Taiwan. Using the joint training solution for industry-academic-government-research as an example, there were two groups of professional technical talents for both fields in shoes and bags design who received training in 2013. The participants of this study were participants who participated in joint training solution for industry-academic-government-research. This study applied the questionnaire to determine off-campus internship satisfaction, incentive system and intent-to-stay among participants. The data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 statistical software to carry out the reliability analysis and validity analysis, before using PLS statistic software to analyze the path analysis. The results showed: (1) There was a significant positive correlation among off-campus internship satisfaction, incentive system, and intent-to-stay. (2) Most students were satisfied with the off-campus internship and incentive system. (3) Although students were satisfied with the off-campus internship provider, there was a higher turnover rate due to personal reasons. (4) There was higher proportion of students who engaged in another field after leaving.
