電子收費違規執法系統於多通道通訊架構之效能評估

The Performance Evaluation of ETC Violation Enforcement System in Multi-channel Communication Architecture

摘要


高速公路電子收費系統(ETC)中,違規執法單元是用來舉發未付費車輛的任務,而Hsu[3]等人將尋找未支付通行費車輛問題制定成一個雙分圖匹配問題,並基於此雙分圖下提出一照片-交易配對演算法(PT演算法)用來增加車牌照片與交易資料匹配的效率。而PT演算法的匹配效率取決於雙分圖中每一個點的分支度大小,所以本篇論文考慮了一使用專用短距通訊技術的ETC系統,並提出一種多天線輔助之多重通道通訊架構來降低雙分圖中每一個點的分支度,進而可提升車牌照片與交易資料匹配的效能。模擬結果也顯示多天線輔助之多重通道通訊架構能產生具有較小分支度的雙分圖,也因此PT演算法的匹配效率比[3]所使用的單一天線RSU架構來得好。

In Electronic Toll Collection System (ETC), the violation enforcement unit is used to perform the non-payment vehicle searching. In [3], Hsu et al. introduced a novel non-payment vehicle searching method for multilane-free-flow ETC systems. They formulated the problem into a matching problem and proposed a Photograph-to-Transaction matching algorithm (PT algorithm) based on bipartite graph. The matching efficiency of PT algorithm depends on the degrees of each vertex in bipartite graph. In this paper, we consider an ETC system using Dedicated Short Range Communication (DSRC) technique and propose a new communication architecture with multi-channel and multi-antenna to reduce the degree of each vertex in bipartite graph, and therefore the efficiency of matching can be improving. As the simulation results, the efficiency of the new architecture is better than the architecture only using a single RSU.
