本研究的目的在探討高中學生對生態課程之學習興趣,及研究學生對生態課程中那些單項感到興趣?及其原因何在? 為深入了解學生對生態課程興趣的取向,本研究采用質性研究方法,研究對象邀請台中市某國立高中修習一年級「基礎生物」課程的高一學生,其中男、女生共九班每班以五十人,共計450多位參與。資料收集包括成就測驗、問卷調查、及晤談等,資料分析則采用分類與歸納等方法,并選取多元資料,作三角校正。 結果發現至少有七成以上的學生,對生態課程有相當大的興趣,其中在生態各單項之興趣中以和他們生活有關及鄉土地教材之事項為最,如各種本土生態系,生態環境、資源問題、生物保育等,而且十分關心生態環境之惡化。教學前後學生興趣有些微改變。另外,研究也顯示學生對課程的興趣與其成績有關。而一般看來學生對學習生態課程最喜歡之上課方式是戶外教學,其次是動手實驗,實物觀察及視聽教學等。
The purpose of this study is to explore how the highschool Student are intetested in the Ecology. What iten they like most study and what reasons attract them to learn. For more understanding of the Students interests in the Ecology curriculum, we used the qualitative me-thod to do this research. We studied about 450 student's and those student's had studied the basic- biology (Ecology)curriculum before. The data come from the students achievement test, questionnaire and interviews, we analyse those data, use the triangulation to correct the data and induce the results. Results show that at least 70% of students had interests in Ecology curriulum. In those curriculum, they most interest in the parts that related to daily life and local things.Such as local Ecology, Eco-environment, resoure problem, and conservation of nature, and they very care about the things like the Eco-environment become worse. The students interest would increase after teaching of those curriculums, we also find out that the students achievement test had positive correlation with their interest. In other side we also find out that this class. The students' favorite teacher often use the teaching techniques such as the out-door teaching, the experiment, the observe of nature, and the Electiric teaching, etc.
