摘要

簡單介紹促性腺激素釋放激素類似劑(GnRH agonist)在婦癌科的應用，主要包括防止卵巢衰竭、治療子宮內膜基質肉瘤、治療卵巢癌及區別良、惡性子宮腫瘤。根據文獻報告，促性腺激素釋放激素類似對化學治療所致卵巢傷害有保護功用，對低惡性子宮內膜基質肉瘤和卵巢癌，可能有部份功效，其展示之新效應，值得我們做更多的研究。

Gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogues (GnRH agonist) have been used for more than twenty years to indirectly manipulate ovarian function by stimulating or inhibiting the hypothalamic-pituitary axis. GnRH agonists have also been used in clinical practice with some success to decline the incidence of ovarian failure after chemotherapy. In addition, chemotherapeutic agents play an essential role in the treatment of those with gynecologic cancer. However, second-line regimens are associated with severe side effect when first-line agents failed. It is therefore important to explore alterative treatment modalities. In this article review, we detail the recent application by GnRH agonist to gynecologic malignancy.
