摘要

原發性輸卵管癌是一種很少見的婦科癌症，因為原發性輸卵管癌缺乏特定的症狀或徵象，使得臨床上診斷相對困難，就算是手術中或手術後的病理切片，也因為與漿液性上皮性卵巢癌以及厚、發性漿液性腹膜癌有著類似的病理組織特色而很難做出鑑別。在針對原發性輸卵管癌的處置上，目前仍遵照卵巢癌的治療方針，而原發性輸卵管癌自己本身並沒有自己的標準。鑑於此種原因，要對原發性輸卵管癌做出全盤的了解，有相當的難處，但是為了增進我們對這個少見疾病的認識，我們先明瞭國內的狀況開始。這篇回顧就是討論國內的現況。

Primary fallopian tube cancer (PFTC) is an extremely rare gynecological cancer, partly because of non-specific clinical symptoms or signs, and easy confusion with serous epithelial ovarian cancer or primary peritoneal serous carcinoma due to the same histo-pathological findings. The treatment of PFTC is still uncertain, and it is suggested to follow the therapeutic guideline for epithelial ovarian cancer. Based on the above mentions, the knowledge of PFTC is relatively limited. In order to understand this rare disease, Taiwan' s experience is introduced.
