上頜竇及耳廓之Rosai-Dorfman氏病
Rosai-Dorfman Disease of the Maxillary Sinus and Auricles
摘要
Rosai-Dorfman氏病(sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy)乃一罕見、發生原因未知的淋巴病變，臨床表現爲無痛的多發性頸部淋巴結腫大，淋巴結外的侵犯常見於呼吸道、皮膚、鼻腔、眼眶、骨骼系統和中樞神經系統，爲一自限性的良性疾病。本病例報告爲一33歲女性病患，主訴半年來左臉頰漸進腫痛並伴有上牙齦突出的症狀，雙耳耳廓亦呈現腫大，電腦斷層檢查顯示左上頜竇軟組織腫瘤且侵犯側壁及底部，經上頜竇切片及雙耳耳廓腫塊切除手術，病理報告皆爲Rosai-Dorfman氏病。病患接受6個月低劑量類固醇治療，目前無復發現象。

Rosai-Dorfman disease, also known as sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy, is a rare benign disease of unknown etiology. It commonly presents itself as a painless, massive bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy. Extranodal involvements include the respiratory tract, skin, nasal cavities, eyes, skeletal system, and central nervous nervous system. We report the case of a 33 year-old female with a left maxillary sinus soft tissue tumor and bilateral auricular tumors. Rosai-Dorfman disease was diagnosed after the biopsy of the maxillary sinus tumor and excision of bilateral auricular tumors. A low dose steroid was given for medication. No evidence of recurrence was found during regular follow-ups.
