Angiofibroma Originating from the Middle Turbinate
摘要
鼻咽部外血管纖維瘤最常發生之位置為上頷竇，亦有可能發生在鼻腔其他構造處。本科歷經1名27歲男性，主訴為近1星期以來左側鼻腔有流鼻血之現象，以鼻鏡鏡檢發現左鼻腔有一經觸診後易出血之腫瘤，鼻咽內視鏡檢查發現此一腫瘤源自於左側中鼻甲，遂安排鼻竇內視鏡手術（endoscopic sinus surgery）將腫瘤切除，經病理診斷為血管纖維瘤，術後病患追蹤至今18個月並無局部復發之現象。

The most common site of extranasopharyngeal angiofibroma is maxillary sinus. Also, it could occur from the other structures of nasal cavity. We experienced a 27-year-old man who suffered from frequent epistaxis from left nose for one week. Rhinoscopy showed a tumor in left nasal cavity with touch-bleeding tendency. Nasopharyngoscopy revealed a mass originating from the left middle turbinate. We arranged endoscopic sinus surgery to remove the tumor. Pathologist confirmed the diagnosis of extranasopharyngeal angiofibroma. There has been no evidence of local recurrence after a follow-up period of 18 months.
