雷射光凝固治療視神經小凹合併漿液性視網膜剝離
The Argon Laser Photocoagulation for Optic Pit with Serous Retinal Detachment
摘要
本文報告二例先天性視神經小凹，其中一例合併黃斑部水腫及裂孔，另一例為反覆發生漿液性網膜剝離，為避免造成視力惡化，給予雷射治療在視神經顳側網膜上，效果不錯，追踪一年，視力進步二行以上。

We present two cases of congenital optic pit. One case had macular hole with edematous change of the posterior pole, another's visual acuity is poor and is caused by serous retinal detachment. The argon laser was applied to the temporal retina beside the disc. Visual acuity was improved above two lines (Snellen chart) after one-years' following up.
