比較護理排班系統建置前後護理人員對排班時間、滿意度及其影響排班因素之初探

A Preliminary Study of Satisfaction, Time and Influence Factors between Nursing Scheduling System before and after the System Development

摘要


護理排班在對護理管理中是一項非常重要的工作,整體護理排班品質的好壞與否,會間接影響到護理人力之應用。由於排班需考慮的因素很多,且不同組織的排班者考量因素與護理人員所期望之排班因素是有差異的,因此本研究目的為:(一)、比較護理排班系統建置前後護理人員對影響排班因素的差異程度。(二)、比較護理排班系統建置前後排班者所需排班時間的差異程度。(三)、瞭解護理人員對護理排班系統的滿意度。研究資料來源樣本以個案醫院的護理長和護理人員為研究對象。護理排班系統之建置、測試時間與評值時間至2015年8月31日為止共26個月。本研究經由訪談排班者的需求,以蒐集個案醫院之排班種類、排班規則、醫院的政策及政府法規。完成護理排班系統建置後,透過實際訪談來瞭解護理人員對排班系統建置前後對影響排班因素、排班時間與滿意度。本研究結果顯示護理排班系統符合護理人員之預班需求,且可以減少排班所需時間,也容易統計對後續之休假積欠時數、上班天數、包班天數及各種例假日等之相關資料。

Nursing shift is a very important job in the nursing administration, because the overall quality of nursing shift will indirectly affect the application of nursing human resources. Because many factors to be considered in scheduling, and different organizations have different considerations and nurses have different expectation of the shift factor, this study aimed to understand the nurses’ influence factors before and after the system development; to compare the scheduling time required before and after the system development; to understand whether the nurses are satisfied the nursing scheduling system . The sample source of this study is the head nurses and nurses in a case hospital. The system development, testing, and evaluation of the nursing scheduling system are end in August 2015, which is totally 26 months from the beginning. By interviewing the scheduling staffs in the case hospital, the shift types, scheduling rules, hospital policies, and government laws are collected. After developing the nursing scheduling system, interview is performed to understand the satisfaction, time and influence factors between nursing scheduling system before and after the system development. The results of this study showed that nursing scheduling system meets the preferred shifts of nurses, reduce the scheduling time required, and easily to summary the vacation time owed, number of working days, number of contract, and number of holidays etc.
