醫療機構護理人員之科技壓力對護病關係認定之影響

The Influence of Nurses' Perceived Technostress in Healthcare Institution on their Nursing-Patient Relationship

摘要


目的:在醫療機構高度資訊化下,護理人員不僅需熟悉各資訊系統之功能與介面,且需要在短暫的照護時間內透過資訊系統來完成其工作。科技所帶來的壓力對護理人員心理層面是否造成負面的影響,是個值得探討的議題,因此本研究以科技壓力模式探討醫療機構護理人員之科技壓力,對其護病關係認定之影響,並透過機構所提供的科技壓力抑制機制,檢視此因應策略是否能降低其心理影響。方法:本研究針對某區域教學醫院護理人員為研究對象,以問卷調查法進行收集資料,共發放121份問卷,並採用SPSS 18.0版與SmartPLS 2.3.1版作為統計分析方法。結果:研究結果顯示,「科技壓力」對「護病關係」有顯著影響(β=0.613; t=10.719),而「醫療機構科技壓力抑制機制」對「護病關係」(β=0.122; t =1.327)與「科技壓力」(β=0.181; t=1.412)均無顯著影響,本研究整體解釋力達41.8%。結論:本研究結果將可提供政策制定者在提升醫療機構資訊化的同時,兼顧護理人員之心理層面,降低其科技壓力,進而保障病人權益。

Objective: In highly informationized healthcare institutes, nurses have to know the functions and interfaces of the information systems well in order to complete their caring jobs within brief caring time. Whether the pressure of using technology would cause any negative psychological impacts on nurses is worthy of researching. This study uses the model of Technostress to investigate the influence of Technostress on nurses' perceived Nursing-Patient relationship. In addition, whether the institutes' Technostress inhibitors have any influences on reducing the negative psychological impacts of nurses are examined. Method: A district teaching hospital was chosen as the case hospital and the nurses of the case hospital were invited as research subjects. Data collection was conducted using a survey and totally 121 questionnaires were distributed. SPSS 18.0 and SmartPLS2.3.1 were used to analyze the data. Result: The results of the study showed that the Technostress influenced Nursing-Patient Relationship (β=0.613; t=10.719); Technostress Inhibitors of Healthcare Institution didn't influenced Nursing-Patient Relationship (β=0.122; t=1.327) and Technostress (β=0.181; t=1.412). The model's overall explanatory power was 41.8%. Conclusion: The results of this study can serve as a reference for policy makers to consider nurses' psychological feeling, decrease their technostress, and further protect patients' caring rights while increasing the information technology level of the institutes..
