義工家長參與繪本共讀教學成效之行動研究

An Action Research on an Instructional Design of Parental Participation in Picture Books Shared-Reading Project

摘要


本研究藉由研究者自行建構的繪本共讀教學模式,設計國小一年級綜合活動學習領域《如果樹會說話》親師生共讀繪本的教學方案,目的在提高學童的閱讀興趣,以及增進親師生的良好互動關係。繪本共讀教學模式設計家長工作坊、體驗學習活動、欣賞活動、討論活動、省思活動、繪本漫畫手工書創作活動等六項教學策略。教學行動研究的參與者包括30位國小一年級學童,4位家長、1位國小教師和1位大學教師。以質性研究的資料分析方法,分析教師的教學日誌、學童心得、學童創作的繪本漫畫手工書及家長的訪談資料。研究發現如下:(一)繪本共讀教學模式奠基於家長參與、體驗學習、說故事課程的理念。(二)家長在親子互動、繪本教學技巧上有成長。(三)教師在親師互動、繪本教學技巧上有成長。(四)繪本共讀教學提高學童的閱讀興趣。(五)繪本共讀教學實施遭遇人數、時間、場地、班級經營、精進教學能力之困境。最後提出繪本共讀教學設計與實施的改進建議,提供國小教師參考。

This action research aims to design picture books shared-reading project as an integrated activity for the 1st grade children. The instructional design includes parent workshop, experience through real life, reflective thinking, creative writing and book making teaching strategies. 30 children, 4 mothers and 2 teachers participate in this study and the data collected include instructional diary of classroom observation, children's performances and learning records, and interviews for parents. The major findings of this study are as follows: (1) The picture books shared-reading project is based on parental participation, narrative curriculum and experiential learning ideas. (2) Parents achieve professional growth in the parents-children interaction and picture-books teaching skill. (3) Teachers achieve professional growth in parents-teacher interaction and picture-books teaching skill. (4) The picture books shared-reading project enhance children's reading interests. (5) The picture books shared-reading project confront some teaching difficulties. According to the findings, some suggestions are proposed to help teachers improve the design and implementation of picture books shared-reading project in the future.
