本研究旨在了解大專體育主管認為運動休閒俱樂部從業人員所須具備的管理能力。研究對象以參加2006年9月5日至6日的「95學年度大專校院體育主管業務研討會」的大專體育室(組)主任(組長)為對象,共發出168 份問卷,回收有效問卷為142份。「運動休閒俱樂部管理能力量表」為研究工具。問卷共有四十題,分為行銷(七題)、人力資源(十題)、財務(四題)、行政(八題)、溝通(六題)及危機管理(五題)。採用描述統計及One-way ANOVA 來進行資料分析。結果顯示:運動休閒俱樂部從業人員所需管理能力依序為溝通、危機管理、人力資源、行銷、行政及財務管理。研究建議:(一)溝通、危機管理、人力資源、行銷、行政及財務為運動休閒俱樂部從業人員重要之管理能力。(二)此結果可提供政府、俱樂部及學校作為預備課程之參考及修正指標,以培養適當的運動休閒俱樂部人才。(三)未來研究可調查運動休閒俱樂部從業人員,以了解學界及業界間是否有鴻溝。另外,可進一步瞭解不同型態運動休閒俱樂部、不同工作階層的從業人員對於運動休閒俱樂部從業人員管理能力的需求。
The purpose of this study was to identify the management competencies needed in recreational sport clubs by physical education and sports division supervisions in higher education. Those who attended to seminar in University Physical Education and Sports Division supervisions” during September 5th to 6th, 2006 were the research participants. The Fitness Club Management Competency Instrument (FCMCI) was used in this study. The questionnaire consisted of 40 competency statements which were divided into 6 factors: Marketing (7 items), Human Resources Management (10 items), Finance (4 items), Administration (8 items), Communication (6 items), and Risk Management (5 items). Descriptive statistic and one-way analysis of variance were chosen in the data analysis. The result indicated that communication and risk management were the top rated factors (competencies) followed by human resources, marketing, finance, and administration. The Research suggested that (a) Communication , risk management, human resources, marketing, administration, and finance are the most important competencies in managing recreational sport clubs in Taiwan; (b) the findings of the present study provide guideline to government, recreational sport clubs and schools in developing professional preparation programs and for recreational sport club employees to success in sports industry; (c) further research needs to understand the management competencies of recreational sport clubs employees in Taiwan, in order to find out whether there is any gap between those of academics and practitioners. Furthermore, future research should continue to study the management qualification among different types of clubs, and different levels of employees.
