多目標、多機種飛航排程問題之研究

A Study of the Multi-Objective, Multi-Fleet Scheduling Problem with Maintenance Constraint

摘要


將數學規劃相關技術應用於飛航排程規劃,在國外早已有相當的研究,且多已被實際應用操作,並得到良好之績效。目前國內對於飛航排程規劃之研究:在近期營運之研究上,多數仍針對單一機種排程,與實際飛航排程均使用多機種排程作業之事實並不完全相符;至於檢修方面,基於飛航安全考量,航機在累積一段飛航時間後,一般均有不同等級之檢修規定。在營運過程中,由於需考量之因素十分繁多,使得在多個角度上所考量的目標往往不盡相同,甚至衝突。本研究同時納入營運成本最小化、航機使用時數差異最小化、航機使用時數最大化、及提供座位數最大化等四項決策目標,並考量多機種及含維修限制條件下之飛航排程問題,以求得一適合之解答,提供企劃人員於訂定班次及航機調度之參考,最後並以國內一航空公司之國際航線為例,做一實證分析。

In the past, research regarding the airline fleet scheduling problem in Taiwan consistently focused on a single fleet, a situation quite different from current operating conditions. Among this research, few have taken into account the necessary maintenance schedules for airline fleets. In addition, most of the decision objectives focus on profit maximization or operating cost minimization, which are considered only from the airline company's viewpoint. This research proposes a multi-objective mathematical model, in which four decision objectives are considered at the same time. These objectives cover concerns from both owners and customers. The proposed model also allows the flexibility of adding maintenance constraint. Actual operational data collected from a Taiwan-based airline company is used to verify the model and the results are reported.
