摘要

本研究嘗試將文獻對製造策略的研究作一分類與回顧，以描繪現今製造策略研究領域的全貌，並提供後續學者發展未來之研究方向。本研究分類的準則有二：(1)製造策略本體（包括製造策略的內容、程序與績效）及(2)研究切入點及類型（包括a.涉及的企業功能別，b.內涵係策略觀或作業觀，及c.研究類型屬於描述、回顧、實證或比較性研究）。由兩位專家選取具代表性及發展性之文獻共計156篇，包括126篇期刊論文及30本專書或碩博士論文。除了回顧並評述製造策略的研究外，也探討文獻對於製造策略的定義；亦對文獻的期刊來源進行探討，並提出製造策略研究的十三項命題與若干未來方向。

This study attempts to make a taxonomy and review toward manufacturing strategy (MS) research, and to portray the body of MS literature. The two dimensions used in the taxonomy are (1) The main body of MS (i.e., content, process, and performance of MS), and (2) Study focus and category (i.e., business function(s) studied, strategic/operational vision, and study categories). Two experts select the reviewed literature according to their importance and advancement, and 156 articles are selected, including 126 journal papers and 30 MS-related books or theses. Besides the taxonomy and reviewing, this study also explores divergent definitions toward MS, discusses the publishing origins of the journal papers, and lists 13 research propositions and some future direction for further studies.
