田口損失函數結合層級分析法應用於大學圖書館績效評估之研究

摘要

本論文以館藏利用為績效評估準則之主軸，透過田口損失函數的應用，將大學圖書館在館藏業務評估率則上的績效表現，轉換為成本損失值；再利用層級分析法，賦予各評估準則較客觀的權重，然後結合上述之各績效成本損失值成單一總損失，並依此總損失值加以排序，以展現館藏業務各項工作的優劣，而作為圖書作提升服務品質之參考。

The paper constructs a library performance evaluation model of a university under the consideration of library catalog. It provides an accurate and easier portrayal for quantifying the multiple attributes quality loss using a Taguchi loss function for performance evaluation and these quality losses are also transferred into one variable for decision making by an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). An example for a library performance evaluation is also presented to demonstrate the model's working.
