透過學習滿意度來了解教學品質的成效,已被多位學者所認同及使用。為有效提升學習滿意度,本文建立一套具有11步驟的“改善決策模式”。此模式整合Kano's model及相關決策模式的概念,並提出“改善決策圖形與原則”。“改善決策圖形”是由“充足度壓力”與“滿意度壓力”等兩項決策指標所構成,可被作為選擇最佳改善方向及課題之工具。“改善決策原則”能有效協助主管選擇適宜的改善方針與課題。除此之外,本文也建立“學習滿意度評量構面”及“教學品質管理循環”,以方便教師、行政主管及學生一起合作,進行持續改善,以提升教學品質。最後,在4位教師的熱心參與下,使得個案的研究結果不僅令人滿意,同時也說明了本文所提出模式的實用性。
The method of understanding the results in teaching quality by learning satisfaction has been accepted and used by many scholars. This paper tries to establish an 11-step ”improving decision model” to enhance effectively the learning satisfaction. This model integrates Kano's model and the relevant concepts for decision models and puts forward ”improving decision diagram and principles”. The ”improving decision diagram” consists of two decision indicators, ”sufficiency pressure” and ”satisfaction pressure”, and can be used as the tool for selection of the best improvement direction and tasks. The ”improving decision principles” help administrators effectively select the appropriate improvement policy and tasks. Besides, this paper also establishes ”learning satisfaction measurement categories” and a ”teaching quality management cycle” to make it easy for instructors, administrators and students to upgrade teaching quality jointly. Finally, with enthusiastic participation of four instructors, the results of this case study are satisfactory and prove the practicability of the model put forward in this paper.
