評估四技二專考科類組命題品質

摘要

教育部為改進技職教育體系傳統聯招考試，並整合現行各類多元入學方式，進而簡化招生作業，提升命題品質，以達技專校院自主選才的目的，其中尤以聯合招生仍為最主要之入學管道，因此其入學測驗命題即為一重要議題。然而，由於考生報考方式以類科為分類，使得針對考科類別來做整體之分析評估的相關研究仍顯不足，倘能掌握各類組試題品質之相對狀況，則能提供有利於在試題分析改善時之參考指標。另外，各類組之各項試題分析指標並無法顯示出一致的方向，必須將各比例指標予以加權，獲得一綜合性指標，方能進一步了解各類組測驗命題之優劣。而各分析指標如何加權實為一大問題，若由人為方式設定權重則往往不夠客觀，因此本文以資料包絡分析法(Date Envelopment Analysis, DEA)，適可將試題分析多元指標化約為一綜合性指標，透過各類之整體測驗信度衡量，達到全面性之評估目的，據以評估四技二專各類組測驗命題之優劣。

Technological and Vocational Education System (TVES) plays an important role in integrating diversified entrance schemes, and in improving the traditional entrance examination. Among many diversified entrance schemes, the traditional entrance examination is still the major channel for entrance. To enhance test quality can help TVES to have more autonomy in recruiting students. However, research on test quality of categories is still insufficient though the single subject test analysis has been under much discussion for a long time. The study finds that a single index for analysis can't show the overall quality but an integrated index by giving weight to different indexes helps to find the test quality for a category. But how to weigh all indexes in an objective way is a difficult problem. So this study employs Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to find out an integrated index from test analysis and we can effectively evaluate the test quality of the Four-Year of Institute of Technology, Two-Year Junior College Examination Categories. Thus, the test quality in relatively different conditions of categories can be distinguished and to enhance the weak part in different categories will be possible in the future.
