以往,華語正音教科書的編製多由老師個人為之,並未納入學生的意見。本研究利用Kano二維品質模式(Kano Two Dimensional Quality Model)、品質機能展開(Quality Function Deployment, QFD)和層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP),深入了解學生對華語正音教科書的需求要素,以作為教師編製華語正音教科書重要策略的參考,期能適合學生使用,提升學習品質。研究結果顯示:共有7項學生需求要素可作為華語正音教科書編製的主要策略,並據以開展出與此7項主要策略相關的19項教科書編製內容和技術,依其重要性權重加以排序,排序愈前者,教師在編製教材時,愈應多加費心。
Most of the decision of Chinese pronunciation textbooks were made by the teacher directly and the students' opinion were not considered before. In this study, Kano's two dimensional quality model, Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and Analytical hierarchy process (AHP) were employed to develop a method of Chinese pronunciation textbook preparation in order to achieve the student requirements and enhance their satisfaction. The results show that seven main requirements from the students can be used for the reference when preparing the textbooks and nineteen contents and technologies are developed from the extension of these seven requirements. The teachers must take more attention when they prepare the textbook if the items are more weighted among these contents and technologies.
