考慮淡旺季不同需求情況下單商品之最適決策品質之研究

A Study on Optimal Decision Quality for Different Seasonal Demand for Single Inventory Item

摘要


本研究主要係探討在淡旺季不同需求情況下,假設前置時間固定且需求量為一隨機變數下,建構以訂購量與再訂購點為決策變數之單商品具數量折扣及容量限制之一般商品數學規劃存貨模型,並透過最佳化技術與數值分析方法,求解最適訂購量與再訂購點,以達期望總存貨成本最小化之目標,並透過範例分析加以說明與驗證。最後,本研究提出具體結論與建議,以供後續研究與實務應用之參考。

The research was to explore different seasonal demand under different circumstances, assumed that lead time is fixed and the demand is a random variable. A mathematical inventory model was constructed which considered the quantity discount and space constraint applied optimization technique and numerical analysis method to search for optimal ordering quantity and reorder point to achieve the minimized expected total cost. A numerical example was illustrated to verify its feasibility and correctness. Finally, nine conclusions are drawn for future research and practical applications.
