資訊支援系統導入複合式方法-從企業資源觀點

A Hybrid Approach to Information Support System from Enterprise Resource Perspective

摘要


知識經濟時代來臨,使得產業漸趨向網路化,企業紛紛投入大型資訊系統來整合內、外部之資訊與流程以提高核心競爭力。但這些系統並不是萬靈丹,且引進費用相當昂貴,一旦導入失敗,付出投資成本將對企業本身造成一大衝擊。本研究提出一種於導入過程中,可調適性導入的方法,利用資料探勘為基礎,結合約略集合理論與模糊集合理論之概念,建構出可以找出顯著系統導入影響因子與具調整性之複合式資料探勘方法。希望透過此方法,協助企業於導入大型資訊系統時,能保持高度彈性,隨時調整其資料、因素和模式以因應其變化,提高系統導入的成功率。本研究將以企業資源規劃系統(ERP)導入為例,說明提出的複合式資料探勘方法之運作流程與其影響因素之分析。

To date, the contemporary information systems popularly used in industry tend to integrate internal/external information and knowledge base database. It is anticipated that significant impact and capital loss might occur if development of the large scale system fails. In this study, a new methodology focusing on prediction of the system output has been developed through data mining included Rough Set Theory and Fuzzy Set Theory. The purpose of the proposed approach is to generate a systematic mechanism under the dynamic enterprise environment. Two different types of membership functions are introduced according to Fuzzy Set Theory and consequently a hybrid approach based on aggregation of Type I and Type II Fussy Set is developed. The application of the proposed approach is illustrated through an example in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
