空軍官校初階飛訓生習飛壓力與輔導效能之探討

The Investigation of Flying Stress and Counseling Efficiency for the Cadets of Initial Flight Training at the R.O.C. Air Force Academy

摘要


對空軍官校二年級剛接觸飛行的初階飛訓學生而言,「鑑定飛行」是一項既剌激又充滿挑戰的學習歷程,因飛行訓練所帶來之壓力也是必須正視的一個問題。心理諮商科為有效輔導鑑定組學生調適飛訓壓力,以增進習飛效率,研擬了一系列的輔導策略,期望在飛行訓練期間透過各項輔導作為,消除學生生理與心理上之壓力來源,以有效提昇完訓率。 飛訓壓力是指個體因飛行訓練而導致生理上或心理上感受到威脅時的一種緊張狀態。此種緊張狀態具有主觀性及個別差異,會影響個體之行為反應。如果任由壓力的產生而置之不理,則不僅會影響學習與判斷能力,更會妨礙身心的發展,甚至造成飛安事件。因此,研發適當的輔導策略以因應飛訓壓力是一個值得討探的主題。本文是以「質的研究」方式進行資料之蒐集與分類,並採描述性之敘述與解釋性之分析,得到如下結論: 一、對鑑定飛行之學生而言,飛訓課程之前三課壓力最大。 二、飛行教官之教學態度與方式對學生習飛效率之影響甚大。 三、飛訓前若能與學生家長溝通飛安觀念,能解除學生來自家庭之壓力。 四、教官、隊職官、諮商科老師、及航醫如何在飛訓過程中建立團隊的默契與效能,以協助同學降低習飛壓力,尚待努力。

The sophomore students at the R.O.C. Air Force Academy thought that initial flying assessment was an exciting and challenging process. The stress facing in the training course was an inevitable issue. The lecturers in the counseling department submitted proposals in order to help students manage the stress effectively and improve learning efficiency. This aimed to dismiss psychological and physical pressure and complete the flying course effectively by various counseling programs in the period of training lessons. Stress in the flying means a kind of intensive status threatened by physical and psychological elements in the training. This stress was different from individuals. It would affect individual's behavior. If it could not be controlled properly, stress would influence the aptitude of learning and judgement and further affect the development of body. This would cause accidents or incidents. Therefore, to adjust flying stress, the appropriate counseling strategy was an important subject. The investigation was to collect and categorize relevant data by quality survey. The data was described in details and analyzed in explanation. The conclusion was: 1. The pressure at the first three lessons in the training course was the most serious one for the cadets. 2. The attitude and approaches of instructors would affect the students. 3. The communications between the school and students' families was important. 4. The instructors, supervisors, counseling lecturers and general practitioners should coordinate correctly in the team. This would assist the cadets overcome difficulties.
