權變管理理論在策略管理上之運用

An Application of Contingency Management Theory in Strategic Management

摘要


本文之目的乃企圖運用權變管理理論來闡釋策略管理的觀念。本研究由權變理論著手,並運用“空間”的觀念與“目標效能函數”來解釋權變管理理論。本研究次則整理企業管理學界的各種策略管理觀念,並在整理過程中,發現了權變理論與策略管理觀念的類似性。由是,本研究結合了上述二觀念而發展一整合性的策略管理模式。

We propose a new approach to explain the strategic management theory by using contingency management theory. This framework first associates ”space” concept and ”effectiveness function of objective” as notions to denote the contingency management theory. By organizing some strategic management models in business administration and based on these notions, we discover the similarity between strategic management and contingency management. We conclude with presenting a new integrated model to unite both theory in a whole.
