摘要

本研究運用現象學和根法理論的質性方法論，探討具有精神疾病的患者及其酩偶的生活經驗。研究對象為5位精神病息及其配偶，經過行為過程記錄分析後，歸類為「生活空間領域」及「操作性過程」二個主要次元。「生活空間領域」次元涵蓋家庭系統，包括病人本身、配偶本身、病人及配偶的父母、小孩及親戚等五個次系統；「操作性過程」次元則顯現個案如何解決他們的問題，包括驕覺問題、價值判斷、情緒表達、問題解決途徑及結果評估等。此研究發現可供臨床家庭護士及未來以家庭為主之相關研究的參考。

A combined qualitative methodology of phenomenology and grounded theory was used to explore life experience with neurotic disorder,focusing on the perspectives of five neurotic patients and their spouses.Two essential dimensions, ”life space field” and ”operational process”,were identified through content analysis of interview data transcribde verbatim.
The ”life space field”dimension can reveal which of the family systems is most concerned.The ”operational process” disclose how the clients deal with problems.The findings in this study are recommended as both a clinical reference for family nursing and a basis for future family-oriented reseach efforts.
