摘要

本研究目的為對不孕婦女的壓力源做深入性探討，采低結構式的深度訪談法，共有10位不孕婦女參與本研究，將訪談結果，寫成行為過程記錄；再以內容分析法分析她們所感受到的壓力源。結果歸納出不孕婦女所感受到的壓力源有角色及治療兩大類。角色壓力源發生來源又可分為內生性（包括母親、妻子、媳婦）及外生性（包括家庭內、家庭外）二種；治療壓力源可分為配合治療引起的生活困擾（包括時間、經濟、活動）、治療過程引起的生理不知（包括疼痛、副作用）以及心理困擾（包括失敗事件、不确定事項、對治療過程不了解、擔心治療的副作用）。護理人員可據此結果減少由治療引起的壓力源，以及減輕其勞壓力感受。

The purpose of the study was to explore the stressors for infertile women in one medical center in Taiwan. Ten infertile women participated in this study. Low-structured in-depth interview and the style of process recording were used f or data collection. Content analysis was used to analyze the stressors. The results indicated that the stressors perceived by infertile women consisted of role and therapeutic stressors. Considering the findings, nursing staff can reduce therapy-induced stressors for infertile women and their perceived stress.
