成人菸害認知、與行爲衝突之探討

摘要

此一調查研究的目的爲探討成人之菸害認知狀況、吸菸行爲及其菸害認知、與行爲間是否有衝突的存在；並以707位台電員工及515位警察人員爲研究對象，以研究者自擬之問卷爲工具，進行資料的收集；所收集的資料以單因子變異數分析、薛費氏事後比較等方法進行處理。重要之結果有：(1)研究樣本對「菸害疾病嚴重性的認知」程度較高；而對「戒菸障礙性的認知」程度最低。(2)男性吸菸率爲46.12%，女性吸菸率爲3.00%。(3)菸害認知－行爲衝突僅發生於重度吸菸者之「對菸害疾病嚴重性的認知」及吸菸行爲間。(4)造成管理方式吸菸者害認知－行爲衝突之原因可能爲「內在自我控制重心」及「有力人士控制重心。」

The purpose of this study is to understand adults’ smoking perception, smoking behavior and the conflicts between smoking perception and behavior so as to develop effective nursing interventions for smoking cessation program. This is a survey research. The data were collected through a self-structured questionnaire with 1222 subjects from Taiwan Electric Power Company and Police stations. The collected data were then analyzed with ANOVA, Scheffe’s method and so on. The following results were found: (1) Most of the subject got the highest score in the aspect of “perceived seriousness of smoking disease”, but lowest in the aspect of “perceived barriers of quitting smoking”. (2) The percentage of smoking behavior in male is 46.12%, and 3.00% in female. (3) The conflicts between smoking perception and behavior of the adults in Taiwan just occurred among heavy smokers’ “perceived seriouness of smoking disease” and their smoking behavior. (4) The conflicts between smoking perception and behavior of the adults is related to their health locus of control.
