摘要

本研究之目的在探討安寧護理模式於改善癌症病患戞傷反應之成效。本研究採類實驗法中之非同時間設計法執行，針對某綜合醫院1992年10月至1993年7月間，以該院首次罹患癌症之成年病患爲研究對象，採配對方式取樣50名後分爲兩組：實驗組中樣本除接受傳統醫療與護理服務外，另接受經訓練之護理師提供每週五次，每次一小時之護理治療法；對照組中樣本僅接受傳統之醫療處置與護理服務，治療成效將以治療前、後，所填寫之戞傷反應調查表之得分爲指標。研究資料將採ANOVA與描述統計法處理之。研究結果顯示：安寧護理於改善病患戞傷反應中之焦慮、退縮、無力感與絕望行爲有顯著成效，此模式可作爲未來提昇專業自主與改善臨終護理服務品質之参考。

The model is to help terminal patients and their families to accept death as the ending of the life process. The purpose of the study was to examine the dffects of a nursing model for hospice care on improving grief responses of hospitalized cancer patients. A two-group non-synchronized method of quasi-experimental design was applied. A sample of 50 newly diagnosed cancer patients and families were selected randomly through October 1992 to july 1993 and assigned by meshing to one of two groups. Subjects in the treatment group received 10 sessions of hospice care program which was conducted 1 hour per session and 5 times a week by one of four trained nursing therapists. Control group was without the above program. Subjects in both groups received routine services and nursing care. The tool used is a self-developed grief response inventor. The most significant contribution of the study is to improve grief reactions of cancer patients and to enhance professional autonomy.
