台北市國小氣喘學童的疾病知識與適應行爲之探討

摘要

本研究主要目的是了解氣喘學童的疾病知識程度和氣順行爲的特性，並探討影響氣喘學童疾病知識和喘行爲的相關因素以及知識與行爲間之關係。採調查性研究，以問卷方式在台北市三所醫學中心小兒過敏科門診，收集102位9－12歲的氣喘學童的資料。結果發現：(1)與疾病知識的重要相關因素爲年齡、家庭過敏史、疾病嚴重度和知識來源四項，其中年齡、疾病知識的重要相關因素爲年齡、家庭過敏史、疾病嚴重度和知識來源四項，其中年齡、疾病嚴重度和知識來源均與疾病知識呈現正向相關性，而家庭過敏史則爲負向相關。(2)與行爲的重要相關因素爲年齡與家庭過敏史二項，年齡與行爲爲正向相關，家庭過敏史則爲負向相關。(2)與行爲的重要相關因素爲年齡與家庭過敏史二項，年齡與行爲爲正向相關，家庭過敏史則呈負向相關。(3)氣喘學童之疾病知識與行爲之間，爲中度正向相關。

The main purposes of this study were to investigate the level of knowledge and behavior of asthma among Chinese school children as well as the relationship between knowledge and behavior. This study included 102 school children with asthma, aged from 9 to 12 years old. Data was collected from out-patient departments of pediatric allergy divisions in three medical centers located in Taipei. The results showed that: (1)Age, severity of asthma, and resources of asthma knowledge were positively correlated with knowledge of asthma. Family history of allergy was negatively correlated with knowledge. (2) Age was positively correlated with behavior, while family history of allergy was negatively correlated with behavior. (3) There was a positive correlation between knowledge of asthma and behavior.
