摘要

本研究的目的是探討經産孕婦在第三孕期執行母性任務的行爲反應。研究者係以護理人員身份，採參與觀察方式，將五位經産孕婦自懷孕31-33週始至生産日止，於産前檢查時的自發性語言及非語言行爲，寫行行爲過程記錄，以內容分析法分析、整理，且對執行的母性任務及行爲反應加以歸類及數碼化。研究結果發現，經産孕婦執行母性任務的行爲反應可歸納爲認知、處置行爲和情緒反應三類，計5566個行爲單元。以認知行爲最多(佔81.0%)，隨妊娠週數增加而增加；處置行爲次之(佔13.8%)，情緒反應最少(佔5.2%)。經産孕婦所執行母性任務的內容，可歸納爲維護安全、認同胎兒（新生兒）、促進家人接受、奉獻自己四部份。以維護安全最多(佔74.9%)，亦隨妊娠週數而增加。認同胎兒次之(佔17.5%)，再其次是促進家人接受(佔6.9%)，奉獻自己最少(佔0.8%)。護理人員在協助經産孕婦順利的執行母性任務，擔負起母親的角色功能時，本研究結果可做爲其護理措施的依據。

The purpose of this study was to explore maternal tasks during the 3rd trimester in multigravidas. Field method ”observer as participant” was used. All of the five women's behaviors during the prenatal care process were recorded from 31-33 gestational weeks to delivery day. Data then were analyzed and categorized by using content analysis. After quantifying the qualitative data, 5,566 behavior units were inductively coded. Results of the study indicated that these women showed three types of behaviors: cognitive behavior (81.0%), intervening behavior (13.8%), and emotional response (5.2%). Women's maternal task behaviors focused on four areas: safe passage (74.9%), bonding with the baby (17.5%), acceptance by significent others (6.9%), and giving herself (0.8%). Women's behaviors and their maternal task differed according to different gestational periods. Results of this study can guide nurses in the care of multigravidas. By identifying multigravidas' maternal tasks, nurses would be more sensitive to the behaviors of these women, and provide relevant information and support to the multigravida women in a timely way. It is believed that sensitive nurses would empower women in their ability to performing maternal tasks, and to promote the goal of performing maternal role function in the puerperium.
