中年婦女自我照顧行爲及其相關因素探討

摘要

中年婦女在健康方面的維護很重要。本研究的目的是：分析中年婦女自我照顧行爲、健康狀況認知、女性角色態度、生活壓力、生活型態在人口特征及自覺健康狀況上的差異性楟三線民中年婦女自我照顧行爲的關系及預測情形。採樣本調查，以研究對象自填結構性問卷收集資料，經便利取樣，以某教學參加骨質疏鬆健檢、年齡在40-54歲之間的婦女爲研究對象，剔除填寫不完全之問卷19份，共得有效問卷305份。研究結果顯示：1.中年婦女社經地位高及健康狀況好其自我照顧情形較好；中年婦女自覺健康狀況好的對其自己健康狀況的認知也較正向；中年婦女社經地位高其女性角色態度較現代；中年婦女已婚、有子女、有工作及健康狀況差的其生活奮力較大；中年婦女的社經地位及健康狀況對其生活型態的選擇極有影響。2.中年婦女的生活型態、生活壓力、自覺健康狀況及教育程度與其自我照顧行預測力在30.9%。護理人員應及早加強中年婦女健康保健知識與觀念，推動中年婦女自我照顧時應考量其個別性、需求性與全面性。

It is very important to understand the health of middle-aged women. The purposes of this study were: 1. To analyze the differences of the self-care behavior, health recognition, sex role attitude, life stress, lifestyle with demographic data and perceived health status of middle-aged women; 2. To explore the relationships among the demographic data, perceived health status, health recognition, sex role attitude, life stress, lifestyle and self-care behavior of middle-aged women; 3. To explore the predictors of self-care behavior of middle-aged women. The research design was based on a sampling survey. 305 subjects aged 40-54 years were chosen from bone densitometry outpatients of a teaching hospital to complete self-administered questionnaires, and ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation and stepwise regression were used to analyze data. The results revealed: 1. The self-care behavior and life styles of middle-aged women were affected by their social-economic status and health status. The life stresses of middle-aged women came from their marriage, children, job and health. 2. There were significant relationships among lifestyle, life stress, perceived health status, education and self- care behavior of middle-aged women. 3. The predictors of self-care behavior of middle-aged women were lifestyle, life stress, perceived health status, and education; they explained 30.9% of the total variances. It is imperative to provide concepts and knowledge of health promotion and give impetus to self-care behavior for middle-aged women individually and holistically.
